Refund policy

At Wear Nishaan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged product or face size issues, we are here to help!

 1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Requests for exchange or return must be made within **7 days** of receiving your order.
• Size exchanges are accepted subject to stock availability.

2. Non-Returnable Items
• Customized products or items purchased during clearance/end-of-season sales are non-refundable.

 3. How to Request an Exchange
• Contact our support team via WhatsApp/Instagram with your **Order Number** and clear photos of the item.
• Once approved, you can dispatch the item back to our official address.
• Standard reverse shipping charges (Rs 200) apply for size exchanges unless the mistake was from our end (e.g., wrong item or defective product shipped).

4. Refunds
• Refunds are processed via Bank Transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa within 3–5 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
• Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
